I feel numbness in my Left leg for the last 2 days. I was feeling kind of nerve catch and light pulling sensation on the nerves around the knees. I stand for long hours in my work. I started getting the numbness since yesterday. I would like to know what is the cause for this.

Sciatica causes this problem probably due to nerve root compression but disc show to nearest neurosurgeon. Avoid lifting heavy weight
