I have a dark red bump on my lower front leg it’s been there for a few weeks and it looks like a infection and I’m not sure what to do

Take a photo of that part in day light and send to doctor for consult online or offline.. Don't use any ointment without advise of doctor bcoz it's make change picture of disease and then it's become difficult for doctor to diagnose properly.
