Mera papa ki age 57 years hai inka ankle fracture ho gya h dr.ne plaster Kiya h 7 days ke bad phir se x-ray Krna h .. precaution aur diet kya Lena Chahiye please suggest me X ray attached hai

दूसरे हाथ मै एक छडी रख । पेर पर वजन ना डाल । साधरण खाना खा । I don't know typing in Hindi.
