I've done CT KUB, left kedney shows mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter upto vuj stone of size approx. 12x8mm with density upto 1440 HU. I want to know that how to cure.

This is quite a big stone. You require a ureteroscopic removal of stone which involves no cut surgery.. A kind of NOTES.
