Left ventricular hypertrophy

My mother age 68 was recently advised echo doppler test and the report is as follows: AO 26mm, AO EX 16 mm, LA 35 mm, EF SLOPE 78 mm/sec, DE 18 mm EPSS 02mm, IVS-D 12mm, PW-D 11mm, LVIDd 42 mm, LVIDs 25mm, LVEF 65%, FS 35% DOPPLER DATA- E/e' ratio (avg) 9.5 Trivial MR and TRIVIAL TR (PPG 25 mmHg) FINAL IMPRESSION: LV shows concentretic hypertrophy with normal sized cavity. No RWMA. Good LV-SYSTOLIC function. LVEF 65%. TYPE I DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION. ( E/e' 9.5). NORMAL LA, RA, RV. (TAPSE 20mm). TRIVIAL MR AND TR SEEN. NORMAL MORPHOLOGY OF VALVES. ESTIMATED PASP 30mm Hg. INTACT IAS/IVS. NO CLOT/ VEGETATION SEEN. NORMAL PERICARDIUM. IVC- 14mm shows >50% inspiratory collapse. Patient has hypertension and type 2 diabetes. Is her condition serious and is it reversible?

The changes are due to hypertension and partly age related. Adequate BP and sugar control is enough.
