My 20 days of baby diagnosed with pneumonia and some cardiac issue as per below 2 D echo report Left to right flow seen across foramen ovale with 16 MM of HG peak gradient s/o PFO. Please help us in this to understand the situation and critical ness if any

Nothing to worry. It will close on its own. Repeat Echo after 3 months
