Left thigh numbness, needle sensation

I am Sachin Saxena age 34 . I go through PCNL surgery on 27 March on left kidney. After 2 days during recover hospital period I felt numbness in left thigh. Now after discharge, I feel more needle sensation and it's very irritating. When I lay straight I feel it more . On lying by right side I feel somewhat relax. I am afraid What is it and how it can be treated? Plz help
