Left testicle unusual soft material!

I was doing a self testicular exam I found out the left testicle has some soft material hanging at bottom!! It is not on testicle rather connected to it outside and hanging at bottom also my left testicle is Lower than right!! I have no pain right now But i used to get some pain occasionaly or when i masturbated too much!! I really dont wanna go to urologist :/ for exam!! Is ultrasound enough ??
