My left testicle is double than the right one. When touching it, it's feel like it hard and tough. What could be the reason ? What should I do ?

It could be infection or tumour. Get yourself examined by a Urologist nearby. Needs to do a ultrasound examination of scrotum and based on the reports we can decide what to do. Get the examination and ultrasound at the earliest.
