Left testicle pain

I was diagnosed with bulging disc in lower spine a month ago. I was experiencing mild back pain and pain in left leg. Doctor said pain in left leg is due to nerve compression. I also have mild pain in left testicle and groin area. Could it be possible that left testicle pain is due to nerve compression in lower back?
