Testicle pain for sometime majorly left side, sonography shows fatty liver and no kidney obstruction. No major physical activity performed. Not sure what to do.

Do not panic..sometimes a slight pull in abdominal lower muscles can cause such pain...take tablet enzoflam sos if pain..if pain continues then do a ultrasound scrotum and get back...
