I feel sudden dull pain in my left testicle and left pubic area. The pain usually lasts for 2-3 hours and it subsides on its own. This happens to me every month once since July. There is no swelling or lump. This happens once evey month and rest of the month I am fine. NO burning sensation in urine NO discharge of any kind. Could it be due stone or NEUROPATHIC PAIN which is felt in testicle?
