Left stomach pain

Suffering from left and right upper abdomen and back pain and semi solid stool taken amylase blood test and the blood count is 50 taken usg abdomen it says normal and taken ct abdomen with contrast scan it stats that my pancrea in minimally bulky and my sgot is 53 and sgpt is 41, s alkaline is 122 pls do suggest me resolve this.

Do you consume alcohol Do you have fatty liver Do try to get scopy done If all above is normal think allergy/food related also
