Left sided coalitis, SRUS, hemorroids

I have been suffering from left sided coalitis, solitary rectal ulcer syndrome and 2nd degree internal hemorroids from past 9 to 10 months which was diagnosed through colonscopy and ultrasound last month. I use to have bleeding in stools(blood separate), visited a lot of specialists like gen surg, gastro etc everyone given 5, 7 n 14 days of course but of no use suggested a colonoscopy, ultrasound, cbp esr tests and finially diagnosed then my gastentro suggested a 7 days treatment as mesalo foam, predmet, orni O nd syp looz and a strict diet plan for 6 months, after the treatment everything was good till 35 days no blood in stools clean n clear soft but now again I got the blood traces even after strictly following the diet and treatment plz somebody helppppp and give me proper and 100% successful advice or suggestion .. fed up with visiting lot of clinics :"( Please find an attached test report.

You need to see gastrointestinal  surgeon. You need to send biopsy report if taken or we need to do it. Second you will require MR defecogram. You can send all reports and consult me.
