From yesterday night my left side upper back and side back pain while deep breathing, coughing Or sneezing, is it serious, I don't have any kidney related issues nither dibetic, is it serious or should I go to doctor

Pain may be musculoskeletal origin or internal organ related like lungs. Need to consult physician,  especially cough fever are there. Take care
