Left side upper back pain

Hello Doctors, I get this sharp deep upper back pain on the left side, specially below the left shoulder blade, while exercising. The pain goes away once I rest. Is this heart related? I had a complete heart check one year ago. I'm slightly overweight and I'm 25 years old. Could you please advise?

This pain is more likely to be related to yr exercise pattern then any thing else.Take proper directions from a gym teacher before u start any new exercise.
