Left side upper abdomen pain and same side back pain and high gastritis last 28days and also constipation is vary high how tonaturaly treated it please help me now

CONSTIPATION results in gastritis also. Main problem is Constipation usually. Avoid CONSTIPATION. High fibre diet salads green vegetables fruits etc plenty of fluids. Gastritis can heal well with Treatment.
