Hi. Can u please specify, how u get it hurt. I mean weight training or something else. I assume weight training as a cause. Because of improper technique muscle may go in to spasm or there are chances of injury. So please apply ice 3-4 times in a day to decrease muscle spasm and pain . You can also take pain relief and anti spasm drug. If it doesn't get alright,Pls refer to orthopedic or physiotherapist in your area to rule out the cause.
