Left side itchy throat

I am having left side itchy throat continuing with pain in both legs and slight headache. No fever or cough. Spo2 is 97-98% and temperature is 98- 98.5 degree. Here the climate suddenly changes to cold weather. Can sudden climate change causes this type of symptoms. I am not in contact with a covid patient.
