Hii dr my self adarsh once u take little be tensn my left side face feeling like tense and tightness in the face for few minutes also I have feeling pain in neck and face also it is occured in cold season only where my all report are normal related to heart and dr suggest me you have anxiety disorder can you please suggest furthee

Yes, anxiety precipitating your headache that could be migraine or tension type headache. Needs further evaluation.
