Left side ear is numb after swimming ses

Today After my swimming session i started to feel pressure and minor pain inside my left side year further while speaking it feels like reverberating inside my eardrum. Kindly advise.

It happens due to change in pressure. You should do these excercise call valsalva maneuver in which you fill your mouth with air, then shut your mouth and nose and exhale inwards towards the ear. For better demonstration kindly YouTube how it is to be done. You can even take steam inhalation. That also helps. It will be relieved in a few days. If pain is too much, you should take a paracetamol with it, 1tab twice a day for 3 days.
