Since your multiple ECG and Echo are normal, it excludes any cardiac ailment.
Continuously thinking about disease makes us ill. It’s a constant stress which will give rise to anxiety , panic attacks , acidity , bad sleep , depression and it’s a viscous cycle.
Please cut the cycle. Believe in yourself and believe in god.
Follow a routine and healthy lifestyle and food habits.
Find time family, sports.
Give yourself a goal and try to achieve it
Meditate
Avoid caffeine especially at night
Sleep for 6-8 hrs
Next Steps
Once you are determined to fight this fear nothing can strip you.
Many patients land up in depression due to fear of heart attack.
If your lifestyle is good there is very minimal chance of disease.
