Left side chest pain

I have left side chest, shoulder and hand pain. The cardiologist did blood tests, 2D echo, ECG, X-ray, and treadmill test — all reports were normal. He said it’s due to muscle pain. My triglycerides were 438, and I used medicine for one month to reduce them, but I still have chest pain.

Hi....since all of your cardiac screening tests are normal (ECG, Echo and TMT), it is unlikely that the pain is cardiac. If you still have chest pain, check Serum Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 level or consult orthopaedic surgeon to rule out any bone muscle issue Triglycerides 438 is very high and warrants medicine. You have mentioned you stopped the medications....was it advised by a doctor or you stopped yourself? I would suggest repeat the lipid profile and see.You may need to be on medications if it's still high
Next Steps
Check Serum Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 Meet orthopaedic surgeon if your chest pain is central and related to meals, consult Gastroenterologist, sometimes food pipe related issues can cause such pain
