Left side chest pain

I am having left side chest and shoulder blade pain continuously from last 4 days. I am able to exercise. But this pain is worrying me. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Continuous pain is usually non cardiac. And you are able to exercise so does not look heart related. Get an ECG done to confirm
