Left side chest pain

Hi, I am frequently getting chest pain on the left side.It was dull pain.. some times it feels like gas in my stomach with fullness. What should my next step to rule out any serious condition.

U can consult a cardiologist, it needs detailed history taking, ecg , echo and further evaluation
