Dear dr, My name adarsh age 30 years feel left side pain in my chest also pain feeling in the hand and finger sometime feeling chest and neck heavyness sometime feel  consternation body shaking and continue bleching kindly help me out as I am worried  about it. Test ECG normal CBC normal
