Hello Doc, I am having left side back pain along with shoulder, left arm pain. Also having frequent heart palpitations. Even climbing stairs cause rapid heart beat. At night pain and heart beat increases increases. Feel cold sweat. Attached ECG . Please advise. Is it serious?
