Left ovarian cyst which is describe in ultrasound . What does it means ?? Please provide some information about that .

It means there is a swelling in left ovary.And it can lead to pain abdomen,irregular periods,and needs to be observed by repeat ultrasound after 8 to 10 weeks to assess any increase or change in the size.
