I suffer from high BP and am overweight for 4yrs now. I am also diagonesd with severe obstructive sleep apnea which keeps me drowsy most of the day and I can barely sleep for more than 2hrs straight. Now recently from a month I am having severe left leg pain when sleeping and swollen scrotum. The swollen scrotum has also led to stopage of any production of semen despite feeling the climax. All this is now affecting me psychologically and emotionally with physical problems. I have taken up drinking to escape mentally cause I don't know what the problem with me is. Cardio, depression, or something else.
