Sir my daughter 2 yr old having her left leg thin and small. In MRI report . MRI DORSO-LUMBER SPINE WITH SCREENING OF WHOLE SPINE conus is low lying and seenL3-4 vertebral level with diastematomyelia is seen at d12 to L3 vertebral level.no obvious tethering of the nerve root seen . posterior element of the L2 to 5 vertebrae are not fused.No herniation of the meninges is seen .please consult.

Any neurological signs? The child needs to be examined by paediatric neurologist or paediatrician and referred to neurosurgeon if needed
