I am suffering from hydrosalpinx from last one year my right overy and tune is already remove due to Ectopic pregnancy.. As per the MRI on 19-8-20 size is -8x4 and now as per the latest ultrasound reports Which is on 29/5/21-size is-38x21x36 mm. My doctor give me my tipes of medicine like - novelon, endoreg, cabgolin, tolpa, doxy, vozylac and placentrex injection.. And so many others tablets and antibiotic...  I was taking endoreg tablets from last tree months and now it's stop before last 2weeks.. Could you please suggest exactly what's going on bcz now my Dr. Suggest me laparoscopy. Please suggest thanks..
