He is having headache from past 1 week above his left eye..and also dry cough..I gave benadryl.. what else ? What is it?

Hello.. Well the common cause of head ache are dehydration, refractive errors, sinusitis, miggraine etc..We need to evaluate him for the cause.  Since he is having cough also it might be realted to sinus...Take steam and also continue the syrup...Thank you
