Left hand seem numbness at some times

I have slight pain in back neck, at time I have slight pain / as if there is some blockage at some vein at neck on the backside of left ear. The slight pain and numbness then continues through shoulder to the edge of middle finger. I have had spondylitis cervical problem also.
