Left hand pain after covid vaccination.

It has been 2 months, sometimes I feel lowness for my left hand, after exercising n stretches I feel relieved. for this I have tried hot n cold pack it's just temporary relief I'm Looking for permanent solution ani particular medication or consultation helps ??
