I am 24 male suffering gastric ulcers from 1year now 1 week back my left hand muscle started pain about half an hour I go to hospital takes ECG, chest X-rays, heart function test all day good in heart some fear and stress said now 2hours back onwards same left hand muscle pain started is this takes serious or not clear me my fear
