I had fever before but now i have tonsils (the left one) and having red rashes all over my body and its very itchy especially the back and the shoulers .

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Tonsils are present in all humans unless they have got it removed. You are talking about enlarged tonsils. We need to see it.
