Hello , my sisters left eyebrow gets very high some times (eyebrow lifted upward ). is it possible to remove this problem with the help of laser or medicins?

Please get a neurological evaluation. Lasers cannot help muscular problems. If her eyebrows are being lifted up, it is probably due to overactive muscles in that area.
