Hello dr . My left eye's vision is too low. I cant read book with left eye but with both eyes i can read properly. But when i stare at something then i always saw the right portion of nose  it is irritating. Any treatment or any dr can help me?

hello first cause of low vision like refractive errors cataract optic neuritis vitreous haemorrhage glaucoma should be ruled out consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
