My son's right eye is perfectly fine but in the left eye there is number -3. There is squint in his left eye. My son is not wearing glasses. Have any other treatment

Glass is must .He may require eye patching and eye exercise . If not wearing glass may develop amblyopia in that eye I.e.lazy eye.pl consult paediatric ophthalmologist.
