Left eye teary in nature

As mentioned doc, I'm experiencing watery left eye for past 15 days or so, and I wear specs and even changed my specs for that but still my left is teary in nature. There is no problem to right eye but left eye is always teary in nature. Pls help out by ur advice doc

You should  use vigamox eye drops 5-6 times daily+ zymaxid eye drops 4 times for a week ,if you don't get relief ,visit ophalmologist for syrining of lacrimal sac of that eye
