I had cold 2 days back while sitting in ac for long period. After 3 days it resolved, and the other day i woke up my left eye was red, with slight pain and discharge from eye.

Looks like mild conjunctivitis You can try moxicip eye drops 3 times for couple of days ..doesnt start getting better in 2 days , see a doctor
