Left ear seems closed.

Left ear from inside seems closed. Tried clearing the wax. But its seems its closed from inside. Tried blowing with nose & mouth closed but didn't help. Any safe ear drops recommended to get the inside wax out?

Looks like Eustachian tube dysfunction Need to speak and examine..
