I m having left ear pain for the past two days, used otc candid but no improvement, I use buds too, when I block my nose n blow, I can hear the whistling sound from the ear. I din hav cold or runny nose except in the mornings. M on methotrexate, sulfazaline, canaglifloxin n gluconorm sr 500 mg n eutoricoxib.

I think you most probably have ASOM. consult your ENT surgeon immediately Dr sandeep Dachuri
