I have a headache only on my left side of my head and I feel like I’m under water. My left ear has been getting clogged up from what it feels like and I can’t get it from being unclogged

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. You can use symptomatic treatment such as painkillers and anti cold medicines for few days
