While sleeping i am feeling like something is happening inside my left chest. Sometimes i can feel the heartbeat. I don't let me sleep. It is not exactly pain.

Unusual awareness of one's own heart rate is called palpitation. If you feel irregularities in rhythm or pulse more than 100 see a cardiologist (electrophysiologist)
