I have little pain/some sharp sense near left chest . more clear while sleeping. while pressing bones there feeling small pain. Is it bone or from inside

Give some more details . does pain increase when u exercise or walk. Do u smoke ? Although your pain seems atypical for cardiac pain you will require to undergo ECG ECHO and troponin test. And if these test r negative please get TMT done. Please see cardiologist nearby at earliest. Wish u speedy recovery.
