My left chest and shoulder pain last one year i do ecg,echo &tmt report is normal so pls suggest what i doing i am in depress filling not proply sleep in night

Hello.. Well chest and shoulder pain might be because of gastritis, peptic ulcer, muscular pain,neural problem too...since you have already ruled out all the cardiac cause it might be due to any of the above mentioned causes...need a detailed history to evaluate.. Kindly consult a physician
