Left chest and left shoulder pain

Recent 4 days I feel pain at my left chest and shoulder and left back also feel some wight on my chest so I went hospital they did ECG it's came normal they give gastric tablets before food is it normal or false ECG happened if it's not related heart what kind of issue and how I feel better from this what kind of doctor should I visit plz help me I feel scared too much or echo should I do or ECG enough for me am 31 years old

Take those tablets for 5 days. Avoid spicy food. Visit physician if pain persists
