Left bundle branch block

My father is recently diagnosed with Complete Left Bundle branch block and he is also a hypertension and diabetes patient. His triglycerides level are coming more. He is nit in favour of getting done angiography and Cardiac resynchronisatiom. Is it possible to manage disease with exercise, yoga and diet control.

Hello practo user, Left bundle branch block is a finding on ECG. So, we have to find out the cause, then only we can plan further things. So, I think it you should tell me about the symptoms and echo report
