Thick mucoid material. MCG stained smear shows a cellular smear comprising of plenty of epithelioid granuloma,dispersed epithelioid cells,multinucleate giant cells and macrophages in a background of necrosis and degenerated ductular cells.

As per your history given,  I will suggest you to go for CECT CHEST means contrast enhanced computed tomography of the chest that will give you the accurate information apart from smear report. After that kindly seek an opinion from a chest specialist.
